RAMS Announce Creation of Pee Wee Football Team

The RAMS Football Club has today announced its creation of a new pee wee football team to operate as part of the CDMFA. The team will run under the parent RAMS bantam team and will be ready to field a competitive team this season. Please contact the team's new head coach Carmen Koop for more information at

Spring Skills Camp–April 30 (6:45pm –9:00pm)

This is an indoor full-contact camp at the Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre, 1100 Stadium Road.Registration is required as you must recieve your football equipment to participate in this camp.Furtherinformation regarding equipment pick up prior to this event will be sent out to all players who have registered before this camp & their parents.

For an update on our bursary program, please check our link! Our club handed out 11 bursary cheques of $1100 each in 2015. See the picture below of some of the young men who were able to attend our jersey night in June. This brings our total to more than 135 players who have qualified for post education bursaries during the FIFTEEN year history of this one of a kind program to bantam football-just another reason to join our team!

The RAMS have been the most successful bantam football team around the City of Edmonton and County of Strathcona for the last 20 years. We are a professionally run organization and offer our players unique positive experiences . Winning championships is a by-product of our team's philosophy. Our post secondary bursary program is unique to Canadian bantam football.

Golf Tournament

The Sherwood Park Rams host an annual Bursary Golf Tournament at Broadmoor Golf Course The date for the 2015 Tournament is June 26th. You can contact our golf chair Chris Korte at Chris.Korte@advico.ca 

The Bursary Fund provides financial support to all RAMS alumni who wish to pursue a post high school education. The club has helped more than 130 former Rams to date. Last year 11 former RAMS players received $1100 each to help with the cost of their education. If you are  a RAMS alumnus and in a post secondary field of study, please check our link for more information on how to receive this bursary.

This golf event is our primary fund raiser for this one-of-a-kind program that provides bursary funds for Rams alumni to assist in their pursuit of post-secondary education. Visit the "Golf Tournament" Link for information about our next Bursary Golf Tournament.
